Tiny ZZZ promises to treat each family on an individual basis and come up with custom Sleep Plans that fit your family’s specific needs. Jessica was really helpful with our 9-month old. We were exhausted!! She was patient and helped us put together a plan that would work to get him sleeping through the night. We then texted and checked in each day to see how the previous night and days naps had gone. These check ins were the most helpful part as we could ask new questions and address new things that may have come up. Our little guy is now sleeping through the night and EVERYONE is happier!!!

I cannot express how much Jessica changed my life! It was the best decision I ever made for myself and my daughter. With Jessica’s guidance we were able to get my girl the sleep she needed and much improved naps, which in turn fixed her horrible “snacking” on bottles problem. I can’t express it enough!

After our 4 month old spent an entire night when he would only sleep by being held by a parent, we knew it was time to sleep train. Jessica gave us a detailed plan and kept in touch during the nights we put it into place and gave us adjustments that would work better for our child as the night went on. In the end, after only two nights with a little crying, we’ve got a boy who sleeps 12 hours a night. You can’t get a better result than that!

We enlisted in Jessica’s help with our 1 year old son. He was still nursing at the time and would regularly wake up several times a night and the only way that consistently got him back to sleep was nursing. First, Jessica helped us to change our feeding patterns so our son no longer associated nursing with sleep. Then, with the help of several sleep training techniques, we were able to get our son to sleep through the night!
